Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Sonkar Fashions has designated a Grievance Officer to address your concerns.
How to raise a grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer at grievance@sonkarfashions.com.
- Include the following details so we can address your concern quickly:
- Your full name and contact number
- Order number (if the grievance is order-related)
- Nature of the grievance
- Supporting photographs or documents, if any
- The resolution you are seeking
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours.
- We will work towards resolving the issue within 30 days from the date we receive it.
What we handle
- Product quality issues (damage, defect, wrong item).
- Order fulfilment concerns (late delivery, non-delivery, incorrect address).
- Refund delays.
- Data privacy complaints under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Complaints about content posted on the Website.
- Any other concern related to your experience with Sonkar Fashions.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by our Grievance Officer, you may also approach:
- The National Consumer Helpline (1915) or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- The consumer courts having jurisdiction in your area.
- The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, which have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings against us under our Terms & Conditions.
