Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India via reputable courier partners. Here's what you can expect when you order from Sonkar Fashions.

2. Delivery timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for UPI orders) or order placement (for COD). Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location:

Total time from order placement to delivery: typically 5–9 business days.

3. Serviceability

Our checkout system automatically validates your pincode against state assignments. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, you will see a message at checkout. You can email us and we'll check if we can find a courier for your location.

4. Dispatch and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with:

• The courier partner's name.
• Your tracking / AWB number.
• A direct link to track the shipment.

You can also track any order at any time from sonkarfashions.com/track-order using your order number and email.

5. Failed deliveries

If our courier partner is unable to deliver after three attempts, the shipment is returned to us. In that case:

• For prepaid UPI orders: we will reach out to re-ship (one-time, free) or refund.
• For Cash on Delivery orders: we do not re-ship automatically. You'll need to place a fresh order.

6. Multiple-item orders

Occasionally we may split your order into multiple shipments if items come from different workshops. You'll get separate tracking numbers for each and there will be no additional shipping charge.

We do not currently ship outside India. Please watch this space — international shipping is on our roadmap.
