By accessing or placing an order on sonkarfashions.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

The Website is operated by R Sonkar & Co, a sole-proprietorship firm registered in Madhya Pradesh, India, under the GSTIN 23LRMPS8054E1Z9, with its registered office at 206, Palasiya Tower, Palasiya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh — 452001.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and to not use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

3. Product listings, pricing and availability

• We try to describe our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur — that's a feature of honest apparel manufacturing.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.
• In case of obvious pricing or stock errors, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

An order becomes a binding contract only once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if the shipping address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept UPI payments (processed via MMADPay) and Cash on Delivery. UPI orders are confirmed only after we receive a successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. Until then, the order is reserved but not processed.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery may vary depending on your pincode and courier availability. We currently ship only within India. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. In short:

• Return window: 7 days from delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Certain items (e.g. innerwear, customised pieces) are not eligible for return.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the Sonkar Fashions name and logo, product photographs, copy, and design — is owned by R Sonkar & Co or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

9. User-generated content

If you post reviews or share photos with us (for example on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in our marketing. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, internet outages, or courier service disruptions.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
